About Institute

The   Institute   of   Pharmacy & Paramedical Sciences   is   a   premier institute   in   Uttar   Pradesh,  founded   in   2002 under the auspices of the Faculty of Medicine at Dr B.R. Ambedkar University in Agra. The Department was founded with the goal of promoting   excellence   in   pharmacy   education and preparing the next generation to meet the challenges of the pharmaceutical industries, education, research, and  development  by utilising cutting-edge technologies and available resources.    The   Pharmacy    Council   of   India (PCI), New  Delhi,  has  approved  the Department’s D. Pharm, B. Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm.D. programs. The Laboratories are state- of-the-art laboratories with sophisticated, advanced, and dedicated instrument rooms, a library with computer facilities, a reprographic facility  with  unlimited  internet  access  for students and faculty members for research and knowledge enhancement, and class rooms with preinstalled LCD monitors .The Department has kept   abreast   of   paradigm   shifts   that   have occurred  in  the  recent  era  of  Pharmacy education   and   fraternity,   with   the   goal   of providing  a simulated  environment  on the premises to build and boost their confidence and competence  levels.  The Department  invites learned and eminent academicians, Business Leaders , and dignitaries to deliver seminars and lectures on a regular basis in order to instil enthusiasm and zeal in students and faculty members for educational excellence.
