Dear Faculty,

Please find the necessary form for providing number of vacant seats under you for Ph.D. Supervision. Kindly fill and submit the signed hard copy of form to the Dean Research Office, IBS, Khandari, Agra by November 01, 2025.

Important eligibility criteria:

– Teachers superannuating on or before December 31, 2028, are not eligible for Ph.D. supervision but can act as co- supervisors.

– First-time applicants must submit all eligibility documents along with the form.

– An eligible Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Contract faculty can guide up to eight (8) / six (6) / four (4)/ four (4) Ph.D. scholars, respectively, at any given time.
